1. Return Policy

1.1 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused, with seal

  • In its original packaging

1.3 You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

2.3 If your return is accepted, we will:

  • Send you a return shipping label

  • Provide instructions on how and where to send your package

2.4 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Responsibility for Return Costs

3.1 Unless otherwise stated, you are legally liable to cover all return costs regardless of the reason for the return.

3.2 Please be aware of this responsibility before initiating a return.

4. Damages and Issues

4.1 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

4.2 We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

5.1 Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

5.2 Returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

5.4 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. Exchanges

6.1 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is:

  • Return the item you have

  • Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

7.1 If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

7.2 The item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused, with Seal

  • In its original packaging

7.3 You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

8. Refunds

8.1 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

8.2 If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

8.3 Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
